Create and sell your Lekty'Books

My space

Everything about your Lekty'Fans in one place: your actions for today, your « My Lekty'Fans » address book, your sales, offers, emails, affiliate program and leads, in a calm layout. For creators who want to stay connected with their community while respecting GDPR.

Open My spaceNew

My space has seven pages: « Today », « Lekty'Fans », « Sales », « Offers », « Messages », « Affiliation » and « Leads ». The old « My sales », « My customers », « Contacts » and « My affiliation » pages redirect there automatically.

Where: PODS bar › « My space » (/studio/espace) · Open
  1. In the PODS bar, hover over « My space » to open shortcuts (« Today », « Contacts » which takes you to your Lekty'Fans, « Pipeline », « Sales »).
  2. Click a shortcut, or click « My space » to land on « Today ».
  3. In My space, the menu on the left (at the top on phone) lists the seven pages.
  4. The coral badge next to « Today » counts your actions for the day.

Demo: show how you go from « who bought » to « who's reading », « who to follow up with » and « write to them » without leaving the page.

Today: your actions for the dayNew

The home page of My space. It greets you, lists up to 5 actions for today and collapses the rest, so you never feel overwhelmed. Next to it, « This week » sums up your week in four numbers.

Where: My space › « Today » (/studio/espace) · Open
  1. Open « Today » and read « To do today ».
  2. For each action, click the suggested button: « Write » (email), « Open Instagram » or « Open profile ».
  3. Once it's done, click the action's circle: « What's next? » opens.
  4. Choose the next step (« How », « When », « Why this follow-up ») and click « Save follow-up », or click « No follow-up ».
  5. Extra or overdue actions are collapsed under « … actions to pick up whenever you like »: click to expand them.
  6. In « This week », check « Your share », « New customers », « Active Lekty'Fans » and « Monthly revenue (before VAT and commission) », then click « See my sales » if you want the details.

The « Draft ready by Agent Kéry » label means a message is already waiting for you on the profile.

Reading signalsNew

Every night, Lektify looks at how people read your published Lekty'Books and suggests who to follow up with: a reader who stopped 7 or more days ago, a question Lekty couldn't answer, a failed quiz, a sample read without a purchase, a finished Lekty'Book. Each signal becomes an action in « Today », unless you've already planned something with that person.

Where: Automatic, shown in My space › « Today »
  1. Nothing to set up: signals show up on their own in « To do today ».
  2. Read the reason for the action, for example « Encourage them to pick up chapter 3 of … again » or « They finished …: suggest what's next ».
  3. Click the person's name to open their profile before you write.

Lektify never replaces a follow-up you planned yourself.

« Lekty noticed »: the passage where readers get stuckNew

When several readers ask Lekty a question about the same passage in a chapter, a card flags it for you, with an example question. That's often the right spot to add an example.

Where: My space › "Today" › "Lekty noticed" card
  1. Open "Today" and find the "Lekty noticed" card.
  2. See how many readers are stuck, in which Lekty'Book and at which chapter.
  3. Read the sample question.
  4. Click "See the passage": the editor opens at the right spot.

Great demo: your readers' question takes you straight to the paragraph you need to improve.

Export your list as a CSVNew

You only get the Lekty'Fans who agreed to receive your news. Lektify also alerts you to people who've unsubscribed since your last export, so you can remove them from your file.

Where: My Lekty'Fans › "Export (CSV)"
  1. Open My space › "Lekty'Fans".
  2. If you want just one Lekty'Book, pick it in the filter.
  3. Click "Export (CSV)" (it stays grayed out until someone has agreed to receive your news).
  4. If a banner flags people who've unsubscribed since your last export, remove their addresses from your mailing list right away.

This list is for your news and offers about your own content. It must never be sold or handed over to anyone.

Add a contact manuallyNew

Met someone elsewhere (a live, a DM, an event) and want to follow up? An @Instagram handle, an Instagram profile link or an email is all you need. They join your contact book as a prospect, with their profile, notes and follow-up.

A Lekty'Fan's profileNew

Everything about one person, on a single page: how long they've been a customer, whether they're subscribed, whether they agreed to receive your news, a calm "Active", "Keep an eye on" or "Inactive" indicator, their tags, their reading chapter by chapter, their questions to Lekty, their purchases and the history of your conversations.
