The emails you receive

Lektify sends its emails from its own address (hello@lektify.app), in the brand's colors and signed so they land in your inbox. Each one has a purpose: security, proof of purchase, reminder or information.

Sign-in emails

Sign-up confirmation, sign-in code, forgotten password, email change (one email to the old address and one to the new one) and two-factor authentication confirmation, in your language, with the Lektify logo.

Where: Your inbox
  1. Sign up, or click « Forgot password? » on the sign-in page.
  2. Open the Lektify email you received (check your spam folder too).
  3. Click the link to confirm or choose a new password.

Purchase confirmation

After every purchase, subscription or tokens top-up, an email confirms the order, reminds you of your consent and gives you the links « Read now », « Manage my subscription » or « See my tokens ». It's the durable record required by law.

Where: Your inbox, right after payment
  1. Pay for your Lekty'Book.
  2. Open the email « Your Lektify order: … ».
  3. Click « Read now » (or « Manage my subscription » for a subscription, « See my tokens » for a top-up).

Welcome to the waitlist

A welcome note from Sonia, in the site's language at the time you signed up, with one-click unsubscribe. On launch day, a « Lektify opens today » email lets everyone on the list know.

Where: Your inbox, after joining the list
  1. Join the waitlist.
  2. Open « Welcome to the Lektify private list ».
  3. To stop, click « Unsubscribe in one click ».

The free guide linkNew

After you request it on lektify.app/guide, the email « Your guide is waiting: … » gives you an « Open my guide » button that opens the guide at chapter 1, no password needed. The button stays valid for 24 hours.

Where: Your inbox, right after your request
  1. Request the guide on lektify.app/guide.
  2. Open « Your guide is waiting: … ».
  3. Click « Open my guide ».
  4. Later, find the guide in « My library ».

One-click unsubscribe

You can turn off any informational email in one click, including with the built-in Gmail and Apple Mail button. Account-related emails (purchases, security) always come through.

Where: Bottom of the email, or Settings › « Emails »
  1. Click « Unsubscribe in one click » at the bottom of the email.
  2. Or open « Settings » › « Emails » and turn off the « Lektify news » switch.
  3. For a creator, click « Stop receiving » in « Creators you get news from ».

Useful emails for creatorsNew

Creators receive moderation decisions (under review, removed, back online, storefront text removed), « Time to publish » reminders from the editorial calendar, an alert 7 days before an unused recorded video is deleted, the notice « A customer no longer wants your news » and, if turned on, the daily summary « Today: … actions ».

Where: Your inbox
  1. In a reminder, click « Open and publish ».
  2. In a moderation email, click « See my Lekty'Book » or « Appeal the decision ».
  3. In the video alert, click « Open my Media and keep my video ».
  4. For the daily summary: in « My space », « Comfort » panel, check « Daily summary », then click « Open Today » in the email.

Invitations before launchNew

Builders receive « You're invited to build Lektify with me » and guests receive « I'm inviting you to discover Lektify », so they can access the platform before November 5. A Builder is also notified when feedback from their notebook gets fixed.

Where: Your inbox
  1. Open the invitation email.
  2. Click the link to create your account.
  3. Later, the email « Your Lektify feedback has been fixed » tells you about the fixes.
