Your brand, your agents, your account

Your account

Sign-up, login, security, profile and switching from the Creator role to the Reader role. One account to create and to read.

Create your accountNew

Sign up for free with your Google account or with an email and password, on the Freemium plan, no credit card needed. Lektify fixes typos in your email address, rejects disposable addresses and passwords that have already leaked, and shows a password strength meter.

Where: Sign-up page (/auth/signup) · Open
  1. Open the sign-up page.
  2. The fastest way: click « Continue with Google » (your referral code is kept when you come back from Google).
  3. Otherwise, fill in « What should we call you? », your email address, a password of at least 8 characters, then « Confirm your password ».
  4. If someone recommended Lektify to you, enter their « Referral code » (optional; it's detected automatically if you came from their link), then click « Create my free account ».
  5. Open the confirmation email and click the link to activate your account.

By creating your account, you confirm you're 18, or 15 with a parent's consent, and you accept the Terms of Sale. Before the public launch, only Builders (with their personal link) and invited guests can sign up. Everyone else sees « Join the waitlist ».

Log in (Google, password or email code)New

Log in with one click using your Google account, the classic way with a password (with the eye icon to show it), or without a password using a one-time code sent by email, valid for one hour.

Where: Login page (/auth/login), « Log in » button at the top of the site · Open
  1. Click « Log in ».
  2. Click « Continue with Google » and choose your Google account.
  3. Or enter your email and password, then click « Log in ».
  4. Or click « Get a code by email », then « Get my code », enter the « Code received by email » and click « Log me in ».

Forgot your password

You'll get a link to choose a new password, which is checked against known leaks.

Where: Login page › « Forgot your password? »
  1. On the login page, click « Forgot your password? ».
  2. Enter your email address and click « Get the link ».
  3. Open the email you received.
  4. Choose your new password and click "Save my password".

Two-factor authentication

On top of your password, you enter a 6-digit code from an app on your phone. Even if someone steals your password, they can't get in.

Where: Settings › "Security" › "Two-factor authentication"
  1. Open "Settings", "Security" section.
  2. Under "Two-factor authentication", click "Enable".
  3. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, Apple Passwords), or click "Copy key".
  4. Enter the 6-digit code shown, then click "Enable two-factor authentication".
  5. Every time you log in after that, enter the code from the app, then click "Confirm".

"Remove" turns it off. A confirmation email is sent each time you turn it on.

Password, email address and devices

Change your password (you'll need your old one, and your other devices are logged out automatically), change your email address with a double confirmation, or log out of all your other devices at once.

Where: Settings › "Security"
  1. Open "Settings", "Security" section.
  2. Password: fill in "Change password", then click "Update".
  3. Email: enter the new address under "Change email address", confirm, then click the links in the two emails you receive (one at your old address, one at your new address).
  4. Not sure about something, or lost your phone? Click "Log out my other devices".

Switch between Creator and Reader

One account, two roles. As a Creator, you land in your Studio. As a Reader, you land in "My library". The account menu adapts to the active role.

Where: Top bar › "Creator" / "Reader" switch
  1. In the top bar, find the "Creator" / "Reader" switch.
  2. Click it to switch.
  3. Open the account menu (your photo, top right). As a Creator, it shows "Settings", "Payment account", "My storefront", "My tokens", "Pricing".
  4. As a Reader, it shows "Settings", "My library", "My purchases", "My subscriptions", "My tokens".
  5. As a Creator, your sales, customers and affiliate program are in "My space", and your Brand Kit is in "My kits", in the Studio sidebar.

Just like Airbnb: the same account buys and sells.

Settings

Your profile (avatar, what we call you, display name), your Studio subscription, your creator payments, your security, your storage space, your emails, and shortcuts to your library, your tokens and your subscriptions.

Where: Account menu › "Settings" (/studio/settings) · Open
  1. Open the account menu and click "Settings".
  2. "Profile": "Change avatar", "What should we call you?", "Display name", then "Save".
  3. "Studio subscription": see your "Current plan:" and click "Manage my subscription" (or "Discover the plans →" on Freemium).
  4. "Your storage space": see how much space you're using based on your plan (your number of Lekty'Books stays unlimited).
  5. "Emails": turn "Receive news from Lektify" on or off, and click "Unsubscribe" to stop news from a creator.
  6. At the bottom of the page, use the shortcuts "My library", "My tokens", "My Lekty'Book subscriptions".

Emails about your account (purchases, security) always reach you, no matter what.

Your identity with your customers

Your legal seller name (for example "Léa Dupont (EI)" or "Studio Léa SASU") and the email for your customers' requests about their data. Without a legal identity, your buyers don't see the checkbox to receive your news.

Where: Settings › "Creator payments" › "Your identity with your customers"
  1. Open "Settings", "Creator payments" section.
  2. Fill in "Legal identity".
  3. If you want, add the "Email for your customers' requests about their data".
  4. Click "Save".

Delete my accountNew

It's self-service: your profile, your Lekty'Books, your Lab content, your media and files, your comments, your notes and your progress are erased, and your subscriptions are stopped. Only the data required by law (purchases, invoices, proof of consent) is kept.

Where: Settings › "Security" › "Delete my account"
  1. Open "Settings", "Security" section.
  2. Click "Delete my account".
  3. Read "What gets erased", "What stays" and the note about your tokens (lost, not refunded).
  4. Type your email address to confirm.
  5. Click "Permanently delete my account".

If your account has sales, subscribers or affiliate commissions, the page asks you to write to contact@lektify.app. The team then deletes your account manually.

Demo accountsNew

Lektify has demo accounts filled with fictional data to show off the platform. A "Demo" badge appears on all their pages. Their Lekty'Books are only visible to demo accounts, and they don't count in any stats.

Where: Every page of a demo account ("Demo" badge)
  1. Log in with a demo account provided by Lektify.
  2. Look for the "Demo" badge: the data shown is fictional.
  3. Explore the Studio, My space and the Creative Lab like a real creator.

No emails are sent to demo addresses, so you can show everything risk-free.
