4. Activity and Status of the Platform

Lektify is a SaaS platform and a marketplace for digital content ("Lekty'Books"). Lektify acts as a technical intermediary / hosting provider within the meaning of the LCEN and as an intermediary service provider within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act, DSA). Sales of Lekty'Books are made by the Creators, who are the sole sellers of their content (see the Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV)).

5. Intellectual Property

The "Lektify" and "Lekty" trademarks, the domain name, and the software, interfaces, databases and graphic elements of the Platform are protected and remain the exclusive property of the Publisher (BENYWEB STUDIO), unless otherwise stated. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. Content published by Creators remains their property (see Terms and Conditions of Sale, Article 9).

6. Personal Data and Cookies

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, etc.), please contact: contact@lektify.app. The management of cookies and trackers is governed in accordance with the recommendations of the French Data Protection Authority (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, CNIL).
