Include your account's email address, the Lekty'Book in question and the payment date. To stop a subscription, you don't need to email us: just go to Cancel my contract. Refund rules are in our refund policy.
Your creator account
Publishing, payout account, AI tokens, Studio plan: tell us what you were trying to do and attach a screenshot if you can. Once you're signed in, Agent Daly can also answer most questions right inside the Studio.
Report content
The fastest way is the “Report” button on the Lekty'Book page or at the bottom of each chapter. You can also email us with a link to the content and the reason you're reporting it.
Your personal data
Access, correction, deletion, export: email us from your account's address. We'll reply within one month at most, as set out in our privacy policy.
