The Lektify Guide

Welcome: create or readNew

Right after you sign up, a page asks where you want to start: "I'm here to create" (the Studio) or "I'm here to read" (the marketplace). A Builder first sees "Welcome to the Builders" to activate their Creator plan.

1. Confirm your email address: you land on "Welcome.".
2. Click "Open the Studio" to create, or "Explore the marketplace" to read.
3. Builder: on "Welcome to the Builders", click "Activate my Creator plan, 1st month free →", or "Later, I'll check out the Studio first".

Agent Daly's welcomeNew

The first time you arrive in the Studio, Agent Daly greets you and offers to get you started: import your PDF, start from scratch, take the tour, or ask a question.

1. Open the Studio for the first time.
2. Answer "Do you already have an ebook, a course or notes as a PDF?": "Yes, I'll import it" or "I'm starting from scratch".
3. Or pick "First, show me around", "I have a question first" or "Later, I'll look around".

You can find Agent Daly anytime under "Talk to an agent", right above your tokens.

The spotlight guided tourNew

The screen dims and each area of the Studio lights up in turn, with a bubble explaining it: dashboard, Lekty'Books, Brand Kit, Creative Lab, Talk to an agent, then "Your turn".

1. Open Agent Daly from "Talk to an agent".
2. Click "Replay the guided tour" (or just ask for it).
3. Move through it with "Next" and "Previous" (your keyboard arrow keys work too).
4. "Skip" stops it, Esc closes it, and "Finish" ends it.

Task tours and "Show me"New

Nine short tours that light up the real button: create a Lekty'Book, import a manuscript, fill in the Brand Kit, create personas, create content, launch a campaign, turn on payments, publish, talk to an agent. Agent Daly starts them when it answers you.

1. Ask Agent Daly your question (for example, "How do I publish my Lekty'Book?").
2. Under its answer, click "Show me step by step" (or "Show me").
3. Follow the highlighted area: click anywhere to continue.
4. "Go there" takes you straight to the right page.

Every tour is checked to make sure it points to a real page, so the tours keep up as the interface changes.

Your next step and Agent Daly's stepsNew

On your dashboard, a "Your next step" card shows where you're at (create your Lekty'Book, add your content to it, ask Lekty a question, prepare content, schedule it…). Agent Daly's steps are also added to your "To do list" and check themselves off once they're done.

1. Open the "Dashboard".
2. Look at the "Your next step · X of Y" card and click "Let's go".
3. In the "To do list", steps are tagged "Agent Daly": click "Do it" to go there.
4. When you don't need them anymore, click "Hide Agent Daly's steps".

"New" featuresNew

When Lektify adds a feature, a small "New" bubble introduces it just once, without dimming the screen. It's saved to your account, and new sign-ups don't see past announcements.

1. Open the Studio: a "New" bubble pops up on the new feature.
2. Read the introduction.
3. Click "Got it" or "Close": you won't see it again.
